Terms & Conditions
Terms
Effective Date: 2/14/26
These Terms & Conditions govern the use of the Roadside Responder website and the roadside assistance services we provide. By accessing our website or requesting service, you agree to these terms.
Services Provided
Roadside Responder provides non-towing roadside assistance services, including vehicle lockouts, jump starts and battery testing, battery replacement when the correct battery is confirmed, flat tire assistance, fuel delivery, and limited mobile EV charging. Services are subject to availability, vehicle compatibility, location, and safety conditions. We do not provide towing, mechanical repair, or diagnostic services.
Service Requests
Submitting a service request online or by phone does not guarantee service availability or dispatch. Requests are reviewed, and service is confirmed only after availability, pricing, and scope are communicated. For urgent situations, calling is the fastest way to reach us.
Authorization Requirement
By requesting service, you confirm that you are the vehicle owner or are authorized by the vehicle owner to request roadside assistance. We reserve the right to request reasonable verification of authorization before or during service and may decline service if authorization cannot be reasonably verified.
Right to Decline or Discontinue Service
Roadside Responder reserves the right to refuse or discontinue service if authorization cannot be verified, conditions are unsafe, the vehicle or situation falls outside the scope of roadside assistance, service could result in damage beyond normal risk, or misrepresentation of the situation has occurred.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by Florida law, Roadside Responder shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of use, loss of time, inconvenience, lost profits, or loss of business, arising out of or related to the services provided or the inability to provide services. Roadside assistance services are limited in scope and involve inherent risks.
No Guarantee of Outcome
Roadside Responder does not guarantee that services will resolve the underlying vehicle issue or restore the vehicle to operable condition.
Third-Party Links and Systems
Roadside Responder is not responsible for the actions, recommendations, or decisions of third parties, including vehicle manufacturers, dealerships, locksmiths, towing providers, emergency responders, or third-party websites linked from this website.
Mobile Message Terms
By providing your mobile phone number and opting in to receive mobile messages, including SMS, MMS, and RCS, from Roadside Responder, you agree that we may send you messages related to your roadside assistance request, contact request, customer support request, account verification, payment or service links, post-service follow-up, and review requests. After replying STOP, you may receive one final confirmation message. Consent to receive mobile messages is not a condition of purchase. For help, call Roadside Responder at (904) 822-7200.
